At ALPHAVYR, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. ALPHAVYR is an independent online retailer of branded fragrances. Brand names, trademarks, and product packaging are used solely to identify the products offered for sale. ALPHAVYR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands shown unless expressly stated.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. We understand that customers may need to open a fragrance to determine whether it is right for them. A product that has been opened and lightly tested may still be eligible for a refund, provided it has not been used excessively and is returned with its original packaging and all included items.

Products that have been used excessively, are missing original packaging, are damaged after delivery, or cannot be resold may be eligible only for a partial refund or may be refused.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at contact@alphavyr.com with:

Your order number;
The name of the item you wish to return;
The reason for the return; and
Photos of the item and packaging, if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address. Please do not send a return to the address shown on the shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns based on a change of mind, preference, or an item that was ordered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, or an item that arrived damaged or defective.

If we provide a prepaid return label for a non-defective return, the cost of that label will be disclosed before it is issued and may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please keep the item, its box, and all shipping materials until we complete our review. We may request photos or other information needed to investigate the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

For confirmed cases, ALPHAVYR will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or a return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider, but refunds are generally reflected within one billing cycle after approval.

If a return is approved only in part because the item was used excessively or returned in a condition that prevents resale, we will explain the reason for the partial refund.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing quickly, cancellation requests must be sent to contact@alphavyr.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for fulfillment or shipped. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, the package was refused, or the package was not claimed, the original shipping charge and any return-to-sender costs may be deducted from the refund, unless the issue resulted from our error.

Delayed or Unavailable Orders

We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability and shipping information accurate. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout, we will contact you with the available options. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.
